WebIn 3.3.5 (the patch I know most) the Fireball build is better than Frostfire; I cant remember exact numbers but Fireball is just better in term of DPS. I personally tested both (with same gear, changing gems and enchants if needed) and the difference doesnt feel really big. I like Frostfire more even though I know it does less damage.
