WebIn my opinion, yes TTW is better. I prefer the damage/armor and weapon modding systems of New Vegas. Not to mention all the new weapons it opens up. The only reason I can see for using plain fo3 is if you want to do some crazy fo3 modding. You have to convert fo3 mods to "TTW New Vegas" mods... and that can be time consuming.
