WebNov 8, 2024 · In my case, this was resolved doing the following: Resolution: - De-registered device within MS Authenticator. - Removed MS Authenticator/Outlook via iPhone Settings>General>Authenticator & Outlook>Delete app. - Downloaded Intune Company portal. - User performed steps within app. WebMar 21, 2024 · For Chrome, that's in the settings under "Content Settings", "Cookies", then you can scroll down to, or search for, "outlook" and just delete all of those cookies.
