From 1st September 2010 the Government extended these hours from 12. 5 to 15 hours for up to 38 weeks of the year. A registered provider must operate in accordance with the statutory requirements of the State as set down in the Early Years Regulations 2016 and Part 12 of the Child and Family Agency Act 2013 (Article 58 G).
